（Q2）If I receive a defective item, how can I do？
Answer：Sorry, we don’t provide the service about return the product, you can fill our replacement form to carried out a replacement, please keep the product packaging intact and clear, or we can’t help you to deal with the replacement.
（Q3）If I don’t have a bank or post office accounts, How can I made the payment?
Answer：
(1) You can select the delivery personally, the place only limited to the Taipei Railway Station, MRT Ximen and Xinpu station, and Chihlee University of Technology. As for the details of the place and time of delivery, we will confirm again with you in the email.
(2) You can also use the Online Savings Services in postoffice to make a payment, Regarding the details of explanation about the payment process, please refer to the "Question six."

Answer：You can select "the delivery personally" or t"he postal".
（Q6）How can I remittance if I use postal method?
Answer：
First, Please fill your name, phone number ,and address in the purchase order.
Then, we will send a confirming letter which have enclosed our remittance account, method and notice.
Finally, please remember to photograph the receipt and send to our Facebook fanpage.

The first way. (Account exchange Account Post offices)：
Please take a remittance order and fill it at the post counter, fill method as follows.
(1) Amount of remittance order must be wrote in a capital number.
(2) Please take the number plate and wait for your number, when your number is called, please bring your cash and order to the post officer.
(3)Remittances between Postal Passbook Savings Accounts require fee for NT30 dollars.
(4) Finally, when the remittance is completed, you can take the receipt.
Second method：
(1) Please take the certificate of deposit and fill it at the post counter, fill method is as follows.
(2) Then take the number plate and wait for your number, when your number is called, please bring your cash and order to post officer. This method doesn’t need to pay any service charge.
(3) Finally, when the remittance is completed, you can take the receipt.
